Dr. Eric Cough is a Seattle native. He completed pre-chiropractic studies in Seattle, WA and Davenport, Iowa.
He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he completed his clinic internship and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1995. While at Palmer College he was recognized as demonstrating superior clinical proficiency while serving in the capacity of intern in the Palmer College of Chiropractic Clinic, the largest chiropractic clinic in the world, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit.
In addition to the require curriculum at Palmer College, Dr. Cough received basic adjusting certification in Activator technique, NUCCA, basic S.O.T. (Sacral Occipital Technique), and physiotherapy.
Dr. Cough is a Brimhall Certified Practitioner, and he has also taken numerous post-graduate studies, including extensive training in the Torque-Release adjusting Technique (a specific low force adjusting procedure), diagnosis and treatment of traumatic automobile spinal injuries, and the Crash Course Modules 1-6 by Dr. Jones.
Dr. Cough makes his home here in Spokane Valley, Washington with his wife and son. Prior to opening his business in the Valley in July of 2006, he previously practiced chiropractic for nine and a half years as an associate of Yakima Chiropractic Centres as the sole provider at their West Valley Chiropractic Center clinic. Prior to his service in Yakima, he practiced as an associate for 6 months in Kent, Washington at the Kent Chiropractic Centre.
